BILL SULLIVAN 11/04/2019 I am originally from Victoria. I first rode a scrambles bike at the age of 14 at the Williamstown rifle range! It was a Red Hunter Aerial 48. SYDNEY’S FABULOUS BURDUS HRD VINCENTS 11/02/2019 One of the most important men in Sydney speedway during the halcyon Golden Era was one of the least known to the public. BACK TO 1961 10/27/2019 WITH GEOFF GROCOTT As the summer of 1961 came to an end, the Sydney Showground speedway, as always, made way for the annual Royal Easter Show. With our Triumph outfit at last ready, we (myself and passenger Harold ‘Harry’ Ross) nominated to ride at the Westmead Showground for the winter months. Luckily they were a little short of riders meaning we didn’t have to wait for a place on the programme. I had been studying the Sidecar riders for so long it seemed somehow normal to be out there
